Ingredients:
Hops - Nectaron (New Zealand)
Malt - Gladfield Ale Malt (New Zealand)
Yeast - Verdant IPA
Tasting Notes:
Lychee, pineapple, lime and mango on the nose, leads into a complex arrangement of juicy tropical flavours and malty balancing character. The finish is smooth and long lasting but not cloying. Uniquely New Zealand characters amped upto 11!
Brewing for maximum flavour means a serious amount of hop oil and a little yeast are left in the product producing a unique haze.
